Software Distribution

You may not distribute this software or reverse-engineer the source code for this software in any form whatsoever. You may not place a copy of this software on any web server.

Pattern Distribution

You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute the patterns printed from this software in any form whatsoever.

Selling Garments

Version 1.73 and below

You may sell garments made from patterns generated from this software if you purchase an annual Cottage Industry License for Home Sewing from KosherPatterns.com, a license that is compatible with a home dressmaking business. This license does not permit commercial mass production of garments in factories.

Version 1.8 and above

Starting with Version 1.8, you may sell garments made from My Sloper if you are a home dressmaking business. Permission to sell garments does not include commercial mass production of garments in factories.

Warranties

This software is offered “as is” without any warranty of any kind. By using this software, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of this software is entirely at your own risk.

Ownership

This software is protected by individual copyrights of software contributors and intellectual property laws. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any part of this software, modified or unmodified.
