Software Distribution
You may not distribute this software or reverse-engineer the source code for this software in any form whatsoever. You may not place a copy of this software on any web server.
Pattern Distribution
You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute the patterns printed from this software in any form whatsoever.
Selling Garments
Version 1.72 and below
You may sell garments made from patterns generated from this software if you purchase an annual Cottage Industry License for Home Sewing from KosherPatterns.com, a license that is compatible with a home dressmaking business. This license does not permit commercial mass production of garments in factories.
Version 1.8 and above
Starting with Version 1.8, you may sell garments made from My Sloper if you acquire the Home Business License.
Warranties
This software is offered “as is” without any warranty of any kind. By using this software, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of this software is entirely at your own risk.
Ownership
This software is protected by individual copyrights of software contributors and intellectual property laws. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any part of this software, modified or unmodified.
Digital Patterns Terms of Use
Our KosherPatterns ® digital patterns are for home use only and cannot be used for commercial or manufacturing purposes, unless you are a licensed sewing contractor under our Cottage Industry License for Home Sewing .
You may not place any of digital patterns, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium (electronic or otherwise) and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind. All files are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not sub-license, redistribute, resell, assign or transfer the license and its associated files to anyone else. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Because our sewing patterns, tutorials, software and subscription memberships are provided as digital downloads and are not tangible items, they are neither refundable nor returnable once purchased.

Customer support is provided via email except on Shabbos and Yom Tov (Jewish holidays). We try to respond within 24 hours.
